Britannica Encyclopedia:  A great site for reports that you may be working on.. Info on animals, biographies, CA missions and more! Username  = Fremont, Password = student

ABDOzoom: STEAM for K-3rd.  NO PASSWORD OR LOG-IN REQUIRED. A great resource for report projects.  The animal info can also be viewed in Spanish.

Alameda County Library:  if students have a library card, they can sign up to check-out ebooks for Kindles and other devices via Libby (formerly Overdrive).  The service is free.  Use the About Libby link above for Information about the Libby app for phones and tablets.  Use the How to Use Libby link above to see a video that explains how to use the Libby App:

Scholastic: Day-by-day projects to keep kids reading, thinking, and growing

Mo Willems: Mo Willems invites YOU into his studio every day for his LUNCH DOODLE. Learners worldwide can draw, doodle and explore new ways of writing by visiting Mo’s studio virtually once a day for the next few weeks. Grab some paper and pencils, pens, or crayons and join Mo to explore ways of writing and making together. New episodes will be posted each weekday at 1:00 p.m. ET and then remain online to be streamed afterwards.  Check back each weekday for new LUNCH DOODLES!

Storytime from Space: Picture books read by astronauts from the international space station!  How cool is that!

Storyonline: Books read by famous actors. Fun stories and activities.

International Children's Digital Library: Free ebooks

Wonderopolis: Free stem articles with comprehension tests, maker space ideas.

Junior Library Guild: Think Netflix but for audiobooks and ebooks.

Lightbox: Lots of interactive non-fiction books on a variety of topics.

Bound to Stay Bound:  Information and links with Author events, activities, virtual tours and so much more.

TIME for Kids:  Parents, you'll have to fill out a short form and choose the appropriate grade level, but all content is free!
